Champagne cup

To put the cup crystal wine glasses or ice-cream bowls. Pour cup special spoon.
In all the cup, depending on the season, put fresh or canned fruit, cut or divided into segments (pineapples, peaches, apricots, pears, oranges, mandarins), or berries, as well as mainly fresh or fresh frozen strawberries.
Serves cup well-chilled; in addition, in a separate bowl put the crystal impaled food ice.

Cocktail 'Riddle'
Vermouth 30, cognac 30, 20 liquor orange, lemon juice 5, 5 canned fruit, ice 10.
Prepared in a shaker.

Cocktail 'Lighthouse'
Liqueur "Chartreuse" 20, 20 cognac, eggs (yolks) 15.
In a short pour liquor, add egg yolk dietary and carefully pour the cognac, egg yolk must be a whole form. Cocktails three colors: green (liquor), yellow (egg yolk), brown - cognac.

Cocktail 'Hello'
Liqueur "Chartreuse" 40, 40 cognac, lemon juice 5, 5 fruits canned, ice 10.

Cocktail Ram
Ingredients

Ingredients
100 Red wine, white wine 50, tincture (lemon, mandarin, wild orange or cherry) 20, 20 sugar, zest, cinnamon, cloves 0.2.
Mix red and white table wine, add a little strong tinctures, sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves, heat to boiling and filter. Served hot.

Grog

Cognac and honey

Ingredients
Cognac 75, 10 powdered sugar, honey 20, 1/10 lemon pieces.

The red table wine put cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, lemon zest, sugar, bring to a boil and strain.
