Champagne cup

To put the cup crystal wine glasses or ice-cream bowls. Pour cup special spoon.
In all the cup, depending on the season, put fresh or canned fruit, cut or divided into segments (pineapples, peaches, apricots, pears, oranges, mandarins), or berries, as well as mainly fresh or fresh frozen strawberries.
Serves cup well-chilled; in addition, in a separate bowl put the crystal impaled food ice.
The process of making the cup involves mixing the wine, add sugar, fruit or berries and the cooling of the cup.

Champagne-cup

Ingredients
Champagne semi-dry 800, liqueur "Maraschino" 50, mineral water (Narzan) 1000, cognac 50, pineapples or peaches 400, sugar (to taste)

Cup hock-cup

Ingredients
White wine grape 800, 50 cognac, liqueur "Southern" (liqueur flavored with orange, you can replace the liqueur "Cointreau" or "Triple Sec") 50, orange (1-2 pcs.) 200, sugar (to taste)

Champagne-cup 'Mixed'

Ingredients
Champagne semi-dry 800, 100 cognac, strawberry 400, 800 white table wine, liquor "Southern" 100, sugar (to taste)

Cup 'Fantasy'

Ingredients
White port wine 800, 800 dessert wine, cognac 100, 100 sugar syrup, citric acid 0.5, seasonal fruits 400
