Salad of pickled white cabbage with fruit
Ingredients
White cabbage 110, 20 apples, pickled plums 10, cherries marinated 10, vinegar 3% 10, marinade (fruit and berry) 15, 10 sugar, vegetable oil 10, onions 20.

Cabbage finely chop, put in a bowl, pour the vinegar and strained fruit or berry marinade, add the salt and heat, stirring occasionally. When the cabbage settles, remove it from heat and cool.
Apples (without skin and seeds) cut into thin slices, mix with cabbage and pickled fruits, season with vegetable oil and sugar, sprinkle with green onions.
