Beef (brisket) 120, rice 35, table margarine 15, 30 onions, garlic 3, 15 tomato puree, dried herbs (suneli) 0.5, 15 greens, 20 tkemali or sour, lavash 5 (soft flatbread), peppers 0.1.
Beef brisket put in cold water, cook until half cooked, add the rice, chopped onion, fry with tomato puree, crushed garlic, herbs, tkemali, pepper and cook until tender.When serving put in a bowl 2-3 piece of meat and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Looks and sounds delicious, might have to cook this one up next week. Will have to add those ingredients to my shopping list. Thank you for sharing :)
