Spring burgers
Ingredients
500 g spinach, 500 g of nettle, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of flour, 200 grams of feta cheese, 100 g of cream, 50 grams of vegetable oil for frying

Take the spinach and nettles, wash and fold in a colander, add a bunch of parsley. Put in a pot of boiling salted water, boil a little bit. Then drain the water, cool, chop all the herbs. In the resulting mass enter the eggs, flour, shredded cheese. Stuffing is ready.
Fry patties in vegetable oil until golden brown, laying minced spoon. There is sour cream. 
For the garnish is well suited potatoes, boiled and sprinkled with parsley and dill.
