Cauliflower salad, tomatoes and herbs
Ingredients
Cauliflower 50, 40 tomatoes, 40 cucumbers, green beans 20, 20 green onion, lettuce 20, 20 cream, mayonnaise 20, 4 sugar, pepper.

Cauliflower divide into separate small florets, wash and boil in salted water until tender. Refrigerate cabbage in broth. Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into thin slices. Lettuce cut into pieces, chop green onions.
The pods of beans or peas peel cut into diamond-shaped and boil in salted water.
Vegetables mix, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sour cream, mixed with sugar and mayonnaise. 
Put the slide in a salad bowl and garnish with vegetables and herbs that are part of a salad.
