15 Carrots, turnips 15, 15 potatoes, beans (pods) 10, 10 green peas, capers 10, olives 20, 20 eggs, anchovies (fillets) 15, 30 mayonnaise, pepper, herbs tarragon and parsley.
Cooked carrots, turnips, potatoes and green beans cut into cubes, add the peas, capers and chopped herbs tarragon and parsley.
Vegetables fill with mayonnaise sauce, salt and pepper.Put salad heaped in a salad bowl, put anchovy fillets on top, placing it in the form of a lattice, but the sides slides put olives (pitted), eggs, cut into slices and lettuce.
