Apples or pears in sour cream with nuts
Ingredients
Pears or apples 80, 30 sour cream or cream 40, 25 powdered sugar, nuts 10.

Prepared apples or pears cook. Nuts are dry and grind in a mortar. Sour cream rubbed with powdered sugar and nuts (0.5 normal). This dish can be cooked with cream.
For this pre-whip the cream, and then connect with powdered sugar and nuts. 
Apples or pears put in bowls, pour the prepared mixture and sprinkle with nuts.

This dish can be prepared from any of the canned fruit.
