Coffee ice cream with grated chocolate
Ingredients
2 cups of coffee, 1 cup of cream, 100 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, 20 grams of chocolate for sprinkling.

Brew coffee and filter. Eggs mixed with sugar, to pound and put in hot coffee, continuously interfering.
Whip the cream and mix with the egg-coffee mass. Good mix. Arrange for the ice-cream bowls and freeze.
When serving sprinkle with grated chocolate. The chocolate mass can be added to the preparation.
