Salad Spring
Ingredients
Potatoes, carrots and asparagus cooked to 20, 25 cucumbers, radishes 25, 15 salad, green onion 10, 4-5 eggs, sour cream 40, powdered sugar 3, pepper and herbs.
The first method. Around chopped lettuce stacked pile in the middle of the salad bowl or vase, arranged in groups vegetables: cucumbers, radishes red, boiled potatoes and carrots, cut into slices, green onions and cooked asparagus, cut into pieces of 2.5-3 cm. The center, lettuce cups put boiled eggs; decorate with leaves of lettuce. When serving vegetables lightly with salt; in a gravy boat to file sour cream, lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar, sour cream and pour over the salad that slides around, sprinkle with herbs.

The second method. Radishes, cucumbers, lettuce, green onions and boiled potatoes, peeled, chop and mix with chopped boiled green beans or peas spatulas. Season salad with sour cream, sauce "Southern" (soy sauce), salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Serve in a salad bowl slide, arrange slices of hard-boiled eggs, sliced ​​radishes, cucumbers, lettuce, sprinkle with herbs.
