Cottage cheese sticks with raisins and lemon zest
Ingredients
250g fat cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 50g butter, zest of 1 lemon, 1 tbs. raisins, 50g of sugar, salt, powdered sugar and cinnamon for dusting.

Prepare fat cottage cheese. Cottage cheese mix well with eggs and butter. Add raisins, grated lemon zest, salt, sugar and mix.
Enter the sifted flour and knead the dough. Dough formed into sticks and fry in fat until golden in color.
Ready sticks sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
