Soup with beer / Estonian version
Ingredients
125 Milk, Beer 60, 15 sugar, 20 eggs, white bread 10.

Milk to boil, whisk the eggs with the sugar, mix with beer and add to the hot milk.
The prepared mixture to heat and pour it diced white bread.
Served cold as a sweet dish.
