400 g of nettle, 40 g of melted butter, 100 grams of onion, 2 eggs, salt, coriander to taste
Fresh young nettle leaves, boil until tender, drain. Saute the onions until golden brown in melted butter.
Mix nettles and onions, add green coriander, salt, and again put out.The mixture was put on a greased pan, align and pour the beaten eggs.
Bake until cooked.
How long to you cook the omelette for? I never cooked with nettle before. Interesting recipe R
ReplyDeleteuntil tender :) it is important that the eggs were not raw, that is as regular omelette. Nettles can be eaten raw
